We'll have it processed however you like. Cost varies on size of hog and your choice of processing. For example, smoking (hams and bacon) cost extra. We'll charge for the hog, pickup at the processor if you want, and pass through processing costs to you with no upcharge. For rough figuring, plan on $700 for a whole hog which will get you 140 lbs of meat, or about $5/lb all in. You can do the math for a half hog.
